2) Can I buy this book in hard copy?
At this time, this book is only being online as an e-book download, meaning you can read it moments after downloading! If you prefer, you can print it out and then read it as well.

1) Are the newsletters and report really free?
YES! Even if you’re not ready to buy the book, at least sign up for our free newsletters so you can get the bonus report and occasional tips delivered to your inbox, free of charge!

2) Why have I not received the newsletters
It may be because spam filters are both amazing and at the same time frustrating! Please check your spam/junk mail folders, and once you find our email/newsletter, please create a rule marking our emails as ‘safe’ or ‘not junk’ depending on your email provider. Another tip - please add support@createlastinglove.com to your contacts.

3) How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter
The emails have an unsubscribe link at the bottom, which you can click to be removed or you can also send us an email at support@createlastinglove.com and we will make every attempt to have you manually removed from the newsletter list within 48-72 hours.

About Payment Options & Order Issues

1) Can I pay by check?
To facilitate immediate download, the book is currently available via credit card or paypal payment only.

2) Can I pay by Paypal?

3) Are my credit card details secure?
Yes! We don’t even see your credit/debit card details - all payments are processed through Clickbank, one of the largest global payment processing solutions that pride themselves on security and privacy of customer information. ClickBank is VeriSign secure which is considered the world's most secure credit card payment provider. In order to process payments with Visa and Mastercard, ClickBank requires: the CVV2 or CVC2 security code. This 3 digit code is found on th e back of your credit card.

4) Why did my credit card decline?
You should contact your credit card company first and foremost to make sure there is no issue with your card. If there isn’t, it could be security issues by our payment processor. Sometimes the risk management system of our credit card processor may decline your card if you are using it in a country other than your home country, for example. Other services may have a less stringent security system and therefore may also incur a higher percentage of fraud, which can be costly. Our payment processor prides themselves on being safe and secure. You can always try another card or try paying through paypal.

5) How do I know if my order went through?
You can tell if by the fact that you would have received an email from "receipt@clickbank.com". You should also have received a ‘Thank You’ page with a download link to the materials.
If you think you have ordered but haven't received this Clickbank email then please make sure that the email address has not been spam blocked! Check your mailbox settings to ensure that our emails can get through to you and not go straight into your junk mail folder. Of course you can always look at your credit card statement to double check! If you think that you have ordered but have not received an email from Clickbank then please email us at support@createlastinglove.com.

6) What format are the e-books in?
The e-books come in .pdf format, which is viewable on both PCs and Macs. In order to view a .pdf file, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer. This can be downloaded for free from the following link: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
